2019-01-25: Introducing DiaSys’ new CEO Dr. Jan Gorka

We are glad to announce that Dr. Jan Gorka has been the new member of DiaSys’ Executive Board since January 25, 2019. He succeeds Bertrand de Castelnau who has left the company. 

Dr. Jan Gorka is a pharmacist; he studied at the University of Mainz, Germany with a doctor´s degree in analytical chemistry. The focus of his research during his doctorate at the University of Frankfurt, Germany was the identification and quantitation of proteins and peptides by HPLC and mass spectrometry (Proteomics).

Afterwards Dr. Jan Gorka became a lab head and head of Quality Control at the company Merz Pharma, Reinheim in Germany followed by a position as Qualified Person and group head of final product control at the company STADA Pharma, Bad Vilbel in Germany.

As General Manager at DiaSys GmbH, Dr. Jan Gorka is responsible for Finances, Quality Management as well as Regulatory Affairs, the Quality Control department and the After Sales Support team including the Technical Service team.
